In hotels in Japan, if you’re a Muslim, they give you a prayer mat, a Qur’an and a map of the only mosque in Tokyo!

That’s the Most Thoughtful thing I saw all day. 

And the prayer rug is the one with the little compass sewn in!

Dignity.

I feel like in this culture we have to be “on” 100 percent of the time.

I’m just going to eat corn chips and watch “Friends” and go to bed. 

This is how I am feeling this week. Too much stress. Too much demand. Too Many Important Things to Be Upset About.

…Not enough energy.
